bkkd's Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and bkkd.

Section 1: General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bkkd platform and all its services. When you create an account on bkkd, log in, or use this platform in any way, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are incorporated into these Terms and are considered an integral part of this agreement. If you disagree with any of the above documents, you are requested to stop using this platform immediately.

bkkd is committed to maintaining a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment at all times. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology, and fair play principles are strictly upheld.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic dispute, the Bengali text shall be considered final.

Section 2: Eligibility & Age Restrictions

bkkd's services are open only to those who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
  • You must have an active and valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi bank account.
  • You are not playing on behalf of another person or any organization.

For age verification purposes, bkkd may request a copy of a national identity card or other valid identification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

Section 3: Account Registration & Security

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on bkkd. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonus funds held in them will be forfeited.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.3 — Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. You should not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Section 4: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bkkd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

4.3 — Financial Verification

In the case of unusual transactions or suspicious activity, bkkd reserves the right to follow additional verification procedures. Withdrawals may be suspended until this process is complete.

Section 5: Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

bkkd's welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳14,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.3 — General Bonus Terms

  • The bonus applies once per account and is non-transferable.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If a user uses multiple accounts or the same payment details to take advantage of the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • bkkd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Section 6: Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bkkd adheres to fair play principles across all games. Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bkkd reserves the right to void winnings obtained due to any technical error or malfunction.

6.1 — Live Casino & Sports Betting

Specific rules apply when placing bets on live casino games and all sports markets, including cricket betting. No changes can be made after the outcome of a bet has been finalized. In the event of a disconnection, the result will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

6.2 — Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. bkkd reserves the right to change the betting limits for any user at any time.

6.3 — VIP Program

bkkd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers progressively based on regular and active play. Weekly cashback benefits increase at higher tiers. Full details of VIP benefits are available on the bkkd Casino page.

Section 7: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if identified, strict action will be taken including account cancellation:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or information.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to influence game outcomes.
  • Bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or taking advantage of bonuses in an organized manner.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Misconduct, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
  • Attempting to circumvent bonus terms by placing coordinated bets across different games.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

bkkd is an entertainment platform. Losing money in gaming is normal and possible. bkkd does not guarantee any specific earnings or winnings.

bkkd will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures. However, our support team is always ready to assist affected users in such situations.

bkkd's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Section 9: Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 — Closure at User Request

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. Requests for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period as part of responsible gaming are also available. Please visit the Responsible Gaming page for more details.

9.2 — Closure at bkkd's Initiative

bkkd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.
  • Extended period of account inactivity.

Section 10: Right to Amend Terms

bkkd reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance by email or through a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Users are therefore encouraged to check this page regularly.

Intellectual Property Rights: All rights to bkkd's website, logo, content, and software belong to bkkd. Reproducing or distributing these without permission is prohibited.

Any dispute will first be addressed through direct discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, further steps will be taken. In matters of dispute resolution, bkkd's decision shall be considered final and binding.
